Returns & Exchanges

ORDER RETURN

Please note that We have two rules for returns;

  • Item/ Items needs to be returned within 30 days of purchase;
  • Item/ Items must be unworn and unused and be in the original condition.

Orders shipped are not eligible for free returns or exchanges. All return shipping and handling fees are your responsibility. Original shipping fees are nonrefundable.

To ensure expedited service, please include the original packing slip or return information. You will receive a confirmation email of receipt of your return. Allow 7-10 days for the processing of your return.

Due to hygiene reasons all earrings and final sale items and may not be exchanged or returned.
