1. How do I pay? +

We accept credit and debit cards, EFT (electronic funds transfer), Internet transfer, direct deposit, and Mobicred for flexible monthly instalments.

2. What shipping options are available? +

We offer insured standard shipping via our dedicated courier partners, providing a door-to-door delivery service across South Africa.

3. Do you ship internationally? +

We currently ship within South Africa only. If you require delivery outside of South Africa, please email us at info@dhiajewellery.co.za and we'll do our best to assist you.

4. How do I know I will receive my purchase after paying? +

Dhia Jewellery is a trusted seller on multiple reputable platforms, including Takealot.com (featured on Daily Deals), BobShop, and Amazon. For all website purchases, you will receive a confirmation email with a Track & Trace waybill number once payment is made.

5. Do you offer payment plans? +

All orders must be paid in full before dispatch. We accept credit card, debit card, Internet transfer, direct deposit, and Mobicred — which allows you to pay in convenient monthly instalments.

6. I paid but the item is now sold out. What happens? +

Although we do our best to keep stock levels accurate, occasionally an item may sell out simultaneously. Not to worry — a consultant will contact you to offer an alternative product or a full refund.

7. Do you accept returns? +

Returns are accepted if the item is defective, damaged, or not the same product as ordered.

  • ✓  Items returned within 14 days: eligible for refund, credit, or replacement.
  • ✓  Items returned after 14 days: eligible for replacement only.
  • ✓  Incorrect items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
  • ✓  Items must be unused, in original condition and original packaging.
8. What is Rhodium Plating? +

Rhodium is a precious metal in the platinum family. Rhodium plating coats jewellery with a protective layer that guards against scratches and gives a brilliant, reflective white finish. Like platinum, rhodium is highly durable and tarnish-resistant.
