Shipping and Delivery

We usually have your item ready to ship within 1 business day. The most accurate delivery time will be calculated at checkout, but the following general timeframes apply:

Standard Delivery

Main Centres	1–3 business days
Regional Areas	3–4 business days
Remote Areas	3–5 business days

Please note: We do not ship to Post Office Boxes (no PO Box addresses).

Express Delivery

All orders are couriered as express. Next Day / Overnight delivery is available for orders placed by 1PM, Monday through Thursday.

Shipping Confirmation

An order confirmation will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Your Courier Track & Trace details will be included so you can follow your order every step of the way.

Preferred Courier

We partner with The Courier Guy to ensure fast and reliable delivery. For special handling or alternative arrangements, please contact us directly.

Important: Orders placed on a Friday will be processed over the weekend for Monday collections.

International Delivery

We offer international shipping on an order-by-order basis. If you're located outside of South Africa, email us at info@dhiajewellery.co.za with your delivery details and we'll provide a personalised shipping quote. We are actively working on expanding our standard international shipping options.
