ORDER RETURN POLICY

Please note that We have just 2 rules for returns;

  • Item/ Items needs to be returned within 7 days of receiving your order;
  • Items must be unworn / unused and be in the original condition.

GENERAL RETURNS:  Kindly specify a clear reason for your request to return the product accompanied by pictures as well to info@dhiajewellery.co.za and we will guide you accordingly. DhiaJewellery reserves the right to refuse items that are returned without prior notice or discussion or in a condition that is deemed unacceptable.

 INCORRECT ITEM/S RECEIVED: You have received an item that is completely different from what you ordered. Contact us within 24 hours of receipt via info@dhiajewellery.co.za. We will assist you further and investigate what went wrong while rectifying the matter.

NOT ELIGIBALE FOR RETURNS : Special order items: this means we have specially manufactured the item for you and it falls outside of the standard description noted on the website.

DAMAGED ITEM/S RECEIVED:  We take pride in our quality of products - In the unlikely event that items are delivered damaged or with defects, please contact us immediately. 

  • Courier Damage: If there is clear damage to the item from the courier company, you will be required to take photos of your items within 24 hours of receiving them. Photos are to be sent to info@dhiajewellery.co.za.
  • Defective Product: There may have been a product that fell through the cracks. Kindly contact us within 24 hours of receiving your goods. Photos are to be sent to info@dhiajewellery.co.za. We will replace this at our cost.
  • Incorrect / Wrong Size Ordered : If you ordered a wrong/incorrect size , please check with us first if we can exchange. You will be responsible for the courier costs for both the collection and delivery . We suggest using our courier partner, we are able to quote you and arrange for collection.

 When returning items Please package your jewellery in a well-padded envelope or small box and send it via a reputable courier service (shipping insurance is not required but it is recommended).

- All return shipping and handling fees are your responsibility if not communicated and agreed upon prior. The original shipping fees are nonrefundable.

To ensure expedited service, please include the original packing slip or return information. You will receive a confirmation email confirming receipt of your return.

Allow 7–10 days for the processing of your return.

 Due to hygiene reasons, all earrings and final sale items may not be exchanged or returned.
