Shipping & Delivery

 We usually have this item ready to ship within 1 business day. Shipping time depends on your delivery address.

The most accurate delivery time will be calculated at checkout, but in general, the following shipping times apply:

Standard Delivery

• Main centres: 1-3 business days
• Regional areas:3-4 business days
• Remote areas:3-5 business days

We do not ship to Post Office Boxes ( NO PO BOXES ADDRESS ). 

The confirmation of your order will be sent via email to the address provided at check-out. The Courier Track & Trace information will be included in the email so you can track your order every step of the way.

Shipping & handling charges are standard on all items. Delivery times are not guaranteed and will vary based upon specific order times , or outlaying areas that require 3rd party deliveries.

 We understand there are special circumstances and occasions and some deliveries need to be urgent. Call or email customer care to arrange for special delivery. These options may incur additional charges upon availability.

 We understand that you can’t wait to receive your items, that’s why all deliveries are couriered as Express .

 NEXT Day / OVERNIGHT should arrive the next business day if ordered by 1PM Monday through Thursday.

 DELIVERY TO INTERNATIONAL DESTINATIONS

We are excited to offer international shipping on an order-by-order basis. If you're located outside of South Africa and would like to purchase our products, please email us at info@dhiajewellery.co.za with your delivery details, and we’ll provide you with a shipping quote.
