SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY
Free Shipping
Enjoy free shipping on all orders over R1,000 within South Africa (major centres only). Outlying areas may be subject to additional courier charges.
Order Confirmation
Once your order is placed, a confirmation email will be sent to the address provided at checkout. Your Courier Track & Trace details will be included so you can follow your order every step of the way.
Delivery
We ship via The Courier Guy to ensure fast, reliable delivery across South Africa. Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days and delivered within 1–3 business days thereafter.

Express & Next-Day Delivery
All orders are dispatched via express courier. Next-day delivery is available for orders placed before 1PM Monday to Thursday. Orders placed on a Friday will be processed over the weekend for Monday delivery.
Please note: couriers do not deliver on weekends. Delivery times are estimated and not guaranteed.
Urgent & Special Deliveries
For time-sensitive orders — birthdays, anniversaries, last-minute gifts — please contact us directly to arrange priority handling. Additional charges may apply based on availability.

International Shipping
We currently ship within South Africa only. International shipping is something we are actively working on. If you require delivery outside SA, please reach out and we'll do our best to assist.

PO Box Addresses
We are unable to deliver to Post Office Boxes. A physical street address is required for all deliveries.
